The 8th EurOMA Summer School will be hosted by Letterkenny Institute of Technology (LYIT), which is located in Letterkenny, County Donegal, a region in the North West of Ireland that is one of the most beautiful in the country and well serviced with transport links. The session will be delivered in the Colab building, situated on the main LYIT campus. Wherever you are traveling from, LYIT is easy to reach.

By Road

Driving time from Dublin, Athlone or Galway is three – four hours, depending on traffic and time of day. Derry is about thirty minutes’ drive and Belfast is approximately two hours away.

By Sea

A variety of ferry services are available from Britain and continental Europe to Ireland. Ports in Ireland include Dublin Port, Dún Laoghaire Harbour and Rosslare Harbour. In Northern Ireland, the ports are Port of Belfast and Port of Larne. Some useful websites:
